Hluhluwe/Imfolozi Game Reserve:

See the “Big Five” Full day game viewing in this massive reserve famous for its Rhino and beautiful scenery. We stop at selected scenic areas along the route. Lunch and light refreshments included.

Thula Thula Elephant Experience:
Depart 8:00am – Duration +/- 9hours
A scenic drive up the north coast to this private reserve. Elephant tracking and game viewing in open vehicles with rangers. Lunch at luxury lodge. Optional extra to visit authentic Zulu village with Sangoma(fortune teller).

Khoi San Bushmen – Meet them:
Depart 8:00am- duration +/-9hours
We drive inland to this private reserve. Open vehicle game drive with breathtaking scenery to meet the resident bushmen. Learn the art of fire making with sticks and shoot with hand made bows and arrows. Delicious lunch included. An opportunity not to be missed.

The South Coast and spectacular Oribi Gorge:
Depart 7:00am- duration +/-10hours
Drive along the beautiful south coast to Port Shepstone. Enjoy a steam train ride followed by a drive through Oribi gorge. Lunch with spectacular views at Leopard Rock. Alternative adventure activities available on request.

Durban city– sight seeing tour
Depart 9:00am – duration +/-5 hours
An interesting drive along the Durban beachfront, harbor and into the city center. Your guide will give an informative commentary on all places of interest. A short walk and refreshments ( own account) at the Botanical Gardens before returning to Ballito.

Dolphin Viewing – Up close and personal!!
Departure time +/-7:30am – weather permitting. Duration 3hours.
We take you to and from the launch site. Cruise the coast line of Ballito to see the dolphins. Learn about the shark nets. Exciting surf launch and 1 and a half hours out at sea. Coffee and muffins on the beach when you return.

Crocodile Creek and the Kingdom.
Depart 10:00am – duration +/-6hours
Hands on demonstrations, feeding and expertly guided tour of the croc center. Hold a live croc! Drive through surrounding sugar estates to the Kingdom. Tour the Zulu village, Zulu dancing and visual show. Indian cultural history in the Ghandi Museum. Traditional meals for lunch (own account) and interesting crafts and shops.

Durban – Claws and Jaws tour.
Depart 9:00am – duration +/-7hours
A drive along the Durban beachfront to the harbor entrance and then to the Umgeni Bird Park for an amusing free flight show and tour of their amazing bird collection Light refreshments (own account) at the restaurant. We drive past the Gateway Theatre of Shopping en route to the Sharks Board for their interesting A/V and display of sharks and other marine animals. Learn how our beaches are protected and see a shark dissection.

Ushaka Marine World and Harbor Cruise
Depart 8:00am – duration +/-6hours
We do a brief tour of Durban beachfront before visiting the largest aquarium in Africa – built around a 1920’s cargo ship. See the Dolphin and Penguin shows, water gardens, touch pools, and much more! Enjoy lunch at any of the restaurants (own account) and stroll through the shopping mall. An optional extra harbor cruise can be arranged for you in the afternoon.
